An intimate 26/31 seat blackbox space with a small lobby, box-office,
dressing room, and (up to) 15' x 18' playing area is perfect for productions, open mics,
late-night shows, improv, parties, meetings, and rehearsals.

Our weekly rates are VERY affordable, as are our daily rehearsal rates.
